The street and neighborhood
The student house is located in Conquistadores, one of the safest neighborhoods in Medellin. In the street there is a mix of houses and residential buildings. This has attracted a bakery, supermarket, barber shop, hair salon, a fruit truck and more.
The student house is located 2 min from the highway and 10 minutes from the metro station, this allows you to easily go to Poblado or anywhere else in Medellin.

Companies & Internships
Most companies will be in Poblado or between Poblado and Laureles. To get there it takes about 11 minutes by car or 30 minutes with the metro.
Entertainment
Near the house there are many little stores to do groceries. Within 10 minutes walking there is a large mall called Unicentro with restaurants, clothing stores, large grocery store and more. In Laureles is calle 70 where you will find all the bars and restaurants. This is just 13 minutes walking.
Around the corner there is a beautiful park called Parque Rio. This is the perfect place to drinks some beers, picknick, play some music or to play football.
