Casa Tellanto Jardin is one of the most spacious student houses Tellanto offers. Every room is very comfortable and the house has beautifully designed spaces to chill and to invite your new friends over to.
There is a large and unique garden with bar, fridge, long table, hammocks, grass and cute lights for at night.

The accommodation is located in Conquistadores, one of the safest neighborhoods in Medellin. The street is full of residencial buildings and offices, meaning there is 24/7 security in the street. On the corner there is a store where you can buy beers, fruits, drinks and more.
The student house is located 2 min from the highway and 10 minutes from the metro station, this allows you to easily go to Poblado or anywhere else in Medellin.

Companies & Internships
Most companies will be in Poblado or between Poblado and Laureles. To get there it takes about 12 minutes by car or 40 minutes with the metro.
Entertainment
Near the house there are many little stores to do groceries. Within 10 minutes walking there is a large mall called Unicentro with restaurants, clothing stores, large grocery store and more. In Laureles is calle 70 where you will find all the bars and restaurants. This is just 13 minutes walking.
